Cyanthillium cinereum - <span class="langlabel-en" lang="en" style="font-weight:bold;">English: </span> <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanthillium_cinereum" class="extiw" title="w:Cyanthillium cinereum">Cyanthillium cinereum</a></i>, Syn. <i>Vernonia cinerea</i>, known as Common Vernonia and Little Ironweed, is a species of perennial plant from <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asteraceae" class="extiw" title="w:Asteraceae">Asteraceae</a> family that can be found in most part of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asia" class="extiw" title="w:Asia">Asia</a>. It can be confused with <i><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emilia_sonchifolia" class="extiw" title="w:Emilia sonchifolia">Emilia sonchifolia</a></i>, but the flower bracts of the latter are much longer and vase-shaped. The stems branch repeatedly at the top to hold aloft the small cylindrical, purple flower heads. Flowers throughout the year. Originally from <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_America" class="extiw" title="w:Central America">Central America</a>, now a pantropical weed, it is sometimes considered native to <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Australia" class="extiw" title="w:Western Australia">Western Australia</a>.
